Anchorman is a pretty funny movie. Although it's really dumb like most of Will Ferrell's movies, I think its a great comedy movie.
Anchorman is supposed to take place in the 1970's. It is about a news anchor named Ron Burgundy and the rest of his co-workers/friends. It follows their lifestyle and how much fun they have with their jobs. They constantly party and love being famous as the talk of the town. When the station adds a new co-anchor it upsets everyone, especially when they find out it's a woman! This was unlikely in the 70's. The movie is about the rise and fall of Ron Burgandy which is a really silly story but they did a good job with it.
This is another one of the number of movies that I quote once in a while and usually everyone understands what it's from!I've actually seen t-shirts of Ron Burgandy recently.
